Maintain an open dialogue throughout the process
Set honest and realistic expectations at all times
Provide timely and detailed estimates
Produce accurate, detailed and meticulously engineered shop drawings that reflect site conditions and other dependencies, including documented solutions for any obstacles
We submit finish and material samples for approval
Assign fabrication team and schedule
Send project to finishing
Coordinate site installation
All phases of the process are constantly monitored by the project manager to maintain the most current plan and schedule
